Smart TV Services Set-up & Registration for catch-up & Freeview Play

If you have a new TV, it will have “Smart” catch-up services which are available as long as you have an internet connection. These services allow you to watch TV shows which have aired up to 28 days in the past. If you’ve missed your favourite TV show, you can now watch it again with a few button presses.

Sometimes setting these up can be complicated and overwhelming. Our set-up service will set your TV up to access these services for you and we’ll guide you through how to access these and provide full support if you have any issues.

• Get access to 30,000 hours of on demand entertainment with no subscription fee.
• Over 700 boxsets (TV Series) available to watch at your own pace.
• Freeview Play supported TV’s allow you to access TV shows by going backwards up to 7 days on the EPG.

We’ll set up these TV catch-up services:

• BBC iPlayer (BBC1, BBC2, BBC3, BBC 4, BBC News, BBC Parliament, CBBC, Cbeebies and BBC Alba)
• ITV Hub (ITV, ITV2, ITVBe, ITV3, ITV4 and CITV)
• All 4 (Channel 4, More4, E4, Film4, 4Music and 4Seven)
• My5 (Channel 5, 5Star, 5USA, 5Action)
• UKTV Play (Dave, Gold, W, Drama, Alibi, Eden and Yesterday)

Optionally, any pay TV services:

• Amazon Prime Video
• Netflix
• Disney+
• Discovery

And any other TV services which your TV supports that you may require.

*Price covers one hour of set up time which should cover the services mentioned above. Extra services may incur an extra charge. Working internet connection is required.

**Only available within our coverage area and subject to availability. Bookings will be taken after purchase and can be arranged Monday to Saturday 9am – 5pm. Evenings and Sundays are available but subject to an extra £19.99 per hour surcharge.
