We are currently dispatching all orders of in stock items within 5 days of ordering, however this can often be the same day. We aim to improve on this time frame in the coming months but we appreciate your patience in the meantime.
All items which are on back order are usually dispatched within 28 days depending on our suppliers.
Small orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Large Orders are dispatched via DPD next day.
We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Smart Haus. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. You can request a return by contacting us but please read our Returns Policy before doing so.
