Remote Configuration & Setup Service (For PiTV Customers)

Get your PiTV set up and configured with our remote setup service. Let us take care of getting your Home Assistant running and your devices paired and automated!

This service is free for anyone purchasing a PiTV or having purchased a PiTV and requires more devices adding which they’ve also purchased from Smart Haus. We can also offer this service to other customers, however, it will be charged at £19.99 per hour.

Order numbers of eligible purchases will be required when placing the order.

For the remote service we require you have a stable broadband connection and one of the following:

• Android devices running Android 8 or later
• Windows 10, 8, 7 and Server 2019, 2016, 2012, 2008
• macOS 10.7 or newer
• Chromebooks that can run Android apps

Setup service covers the following:

New PiTV Installations Purchased

• Kodi setup with any streaming/local services required.
• Home Assistant Cloud setup.
• Integrating any existing smart home devices into Home Assistant.
• Configuring users, person trackers and mobile Apps for Home Assistant.
• Configuring Areas in Home Assistant.
• Pairing, binding and renaming of any Zigbee devices to PiTV.
• Basic Automations in Home Assistant for devices purchased.
• Configuring display of any necessary attributes of devices purchased in the Home Assistant interface.

PiTV Compatible Devices Purchased

• Pairing, binding and renaming of any Zigbee devices to PiTV.
• Basic Automations in Home Assistant for devices purchased.
• Configuring display of any necessary attributes of devices purchased in the Home Assistant interface.
• Integrating any other devices purchased with Home Assistant.
